Telehealth offers the convenience of being in the comfort of your own space. Telehealth eliminates travel, making it easier and more convenient to fit therapy into busy schedules.

A 15 minute consultation is free to determine if we are a good fit and to determine if I can support you in your therapy journey.
I am an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. By choosing to remain out of network for all health insurance, I am able to focus solely on the therapeutic process without the limitations imposed by insurance companies or managed care. This allows for more flexibility, tailored interventions, and a deeper level of engagement, ensuring my clients receive the most effective and compassionate care possible.
Sessions last 50 minutes.
